The film was part of a video installation in the group exhibition “Cairo: Sound Constructions”. It was shown in the first room of the gallery, along with a wall drawing. The film mixes video footage with still images, merging the voices of the city with remembered voices, voices that acted as the stabilisers of one’s own – my own – existence.
